Holy god, a while ago I had a grotesque, morbid, gory, terrifying dream that had THIS concept in it. A guy was suspended into the air by his own muscles like this--along with his eye muscles attaching him to the ceiling, almost like a crucified way. Sorry to gross you out, but I just had to say that.
