It's Chinese New Year tommorow! 8DD 
So, here's a simple drawing to celebrate lol lol. Check out my chinese calligraphy. Nice eh? XDD I'm kinda proud of it ya know..it has been years since I wrote my last one..hmm, 8 years ago?
And..HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!! to whoever that celebrates XDD;;
ps: must remind self to update journal =3=;;

"In honor of Chinese New Year -albeit somewhat late- this incredible piece of art has such a unique style; a subtle combination of tradition and modernity blended together. It almost has a retro appeal though I can't quite describe it in words. A "simple drawing" as the artist says, however, the overall design and delicate patterns and colors make it absolutely marvelous. Wonderful job to the artist for her calligraphy skills as well, despite the 8 years since the last time she wrote one =). To everyone who may or may not celebrate this auspicious occasion, this piece of artwork symbolizes a new year, and a new beginning in the Year of the Rat."
